Please note it is important that you use an LED specific dimmer switch with this fitting or it will not dim and you must make sure that the light wattage reaches the minimum LED rating on the dimmer switch. These lights met our expectations. They are relatively straightforward to fit, we replaced lights which also had a central wire feed. The only thing which is a bit of a disappointment is that the wiring makes a shadow in the centre of the lower beam. If the wires were completely embedded in the wall this would not bocce but we were replacing old lights so did not excavate new space for the wiring. It’s only noticeable when you look up into the light, there is no shadow on the wall where the beam shines. All in all we are pleased and the dimmer works well.
