HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER (UK deliveries)

All items in stock will be shipped out on a next day delivery with one of the courier companies we use. We hold thousands of pounds worth of stock but occasionally we do run out, if items on your order are out of stock you will be notified by email and we will give you an expected delivery time for your order, our target is to complete all out of stock orders within 10-14 working days (manufacturer stock permitting). We will keep you updated at every stage of the order process and should there be any extended delay we’ll let you know. If your order is urgent please let us know when ordering and we will do our very best to supply when required.

When your goods are despatched we will send you a confirmation email.

If you have any specific delivery instructions please let us know and in most cases we can get the courier to leave your deliveries with a neighbour or in a secure place. But please be aware that our insurance would not cover these deliveries if items go missing so liability would lie with you the customer.

**EU DELIVERIES

Delivery to EU countries is charged at a flat rate of £30.00. We use a fully insured courier for these deliveries that will require a signature upon delivery. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email that will have your courier tracking number on it to enable you to trace your delivery all the way.

WHEN ORDERING PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A DAYTIME TELEPHONE CONTACT NUMBER THAT WE CAN PASS ONTO OUR COURIERS SHOULD THEY NEED TO CONTACT YOU.

For supplies and sales by us to countries outside the UK:

You the purchaser are responsible for whatever taxes and duties are imposed in the country of receipt. We the seller are not and cannot be responsible for any such liabilities.
Before we ship any goods out of the UK we shall require confirmation from you the purchaser by email that you the purchaser will pay any such taxes and duties. If such confirmation is not forthcoming we shall cancel the sale and refund any moneys sent to us. Such refund may take up to 7 days depending on the method of payment.
If you the purchaser gives the confirmation and then seeks to return the goods on the basis that you are not responsible for import taxes and duties including that the taxes and duties are higher than you expected, we the seller will not be liable for any refund.
