FAQs

How quick will I receive my delivery – These lights are all custom made to order so please allow 21-25 days for delivery

Can I have letters and numbers on the signs – yes we can have them made with letters and numbers however the character length cannot be too long due to the size of the plate. Contact our team with your requirement if you are not sure.

How do I tell you the characters I need – When placing the order just add the numbers/letters you need in the additional info box.

How do I convert lumens to the equivalent halogen light output? – As a rule of thumb 100 lumens is approximately 10 watts equivalent halogen light output 500 lumens – 50 watt halogen

Can the LED’s be replaced? All the fittings in this range have integrated LED’s so that cannot be changed – Integrated LED’s offer a much longer life than replaceable LED’s giving a minimum 20,000 hour rated life

What happens if a product fails – If the product fails in the guarantee period contact our team and we will supply a complete replacement (we may require the faulty unit back so we can see why it failed)

Do they need an LED driver? Yes the lights require an LED driver and this is all included with the light, the driver is built into the light unit.

Can they be used in a seaside location – yes they can but we recommend some extra maintenance is carried out – a coating of WD40 or rubbed with a Vaseline type product will give them a protective coating against the salt in the air.
