How quick will I receive my delivery – Orders placed before 11am will be shipped on a next day delivery (stock permitting)

How do I convert lumens to the equivalent halogen light output? – As a rule of thumb 100 lumens is approximately 10 watts equivalent halogen light output 500 lumens – 50 watt halogen

Can I order your lights in a different LED colour? Yes you can order in other LED colour temperatures MOQ of 10 units may apply

Can the LED’s be replaced? Most fittings in this range have integrated LED’s so that cannot be changed - Integrated LED’s offer a much longer life than replaceable LED’s giving a minimum 20,000 hour rated life

What happens if a product fails – If the product fails in the guarantee period contact our team and we will supply a complete replacement (we may require the faulty unit back so we can see why it failed)

Do they need an LED driver? Yes the lights require an LED driver and this is all included with the light and needs to be mounted separate to the light fitting.

Can I order the lights in a custom RAL colour finish – Yes we can have lights finished in a custom colour but MOQ’s will apply.

Do they get hot – No these will not get hot to the touch.

Can I wire these in series – yes you can contact our team with the number of lights you need and we can supply a series driver to fit.
