How quick will I receive my delivery – Orders place before 1pm will be shipped on a next day delivery (stock permitting)

Can they be used with dimmable lamps – Yes you can use dimmable LED lamps in these fittings you just need to ensure the dimmer switch used is suitable for LED lamps.

Do they get hot – No they will not get hot to the touch if used with LED lamps.

Can I use halogen light bulbs in the lights – Yes you can use halogen light bulbs but we advise for energy efficiency that LED lamps are used.

Can they be mounted upside down? – No they must be installed pointing downwards as per the manufacturer instructions due to the IP rating

What happens if a product fails – Usually it is just the lamp that needs to be replaced but in the event the light fitting itself is faulty contact our team and we will arrange for a replacement to be send – we may require the faulty unit back for testing.

Can I install these myself – We always recommend that a qualified electrician carries out any installation work

What IP rating do I need to use –You should use a minimum of IP44 rated wall lights unless it is outside of bathroom zones 1 or 2
