All in-stock items are dispatched on a next working day delivery service using one of our trusted courier partners.

We hold a large volume of stock; however, on rare occasions items may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs, you will be notified by email with an expected delivery timeframe. Our aim is to fulfil all out-of-stock orders within 10–14 working days (subject to manufacturer availability).

We will keep you informed throughout the order process, and if there is any extended delay, we will contact you. If your order is urgent, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please let us know. In many cases, we can arrange for the courier to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a secure location.
Please note that deliveries left without a signature arenot covered by our insurance, and liability for any loss will rest with the customer.

Delivery to EU countries is charged at a flat rate of £30.00.
We use a fully insured courier service, and a signature is required upon delivery.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your courier tracking number, allowing you to track your order.

Please ensure you provide a daytime telephone number when ordering, as this may be required by the courier.

For deliveries outside the UK, the purchaser is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and customs chargesimposed by the destination country.

Before dispatch, we require confirmation by email that you accept responsibility for these charges. If confirmation is not received, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued (refunds may take up to 7 days, depending on payment method).

If confirmation is given and the goods are later returned due to unexpected taxes or duties, no refund will be issued.
