It can detect motion as far as three metres away from itself, so the light will turn on with plenty of time for guests to arrive at its location.

This interior recessed light has a built-in motion sensor that will activate and remain on for 30 seconds before turning off again. It is especially well suited for placement at a low level near indoor walkways, in stair risers or on the sides of stairs. Multiples of these movement sensor step lights will each provide 170 lumens of 3000k warm white light on each step of a stairway.
